Job summary

Cargill is seeking an Associate, Customer Care to support a single-site customer service team in Wichita, KS and nearby locations. You will help optimize shipping and returns, process complex customer orders, and resolve delivery issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Basic understanding of customer service practices.
• Experience with processing orders and handling shipping/returns is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain systems and relationships that meet customer demand forecast, as well as other databases related to shipments and inventory management.
• Inform customers about order status, invoices, contract balances and other information needed to complete the sale.
• Execute customer service strategies and support improvement projects requiring basic customer service practices.
• Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, escalating complex issues as needed.
