Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with MS Office, Five9, and Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute a limited scale of customer service activities for a single site team.
• Provide clerical tasks to optimize processing complex orders and resolve delivery issues.
• Inform customers about order status, invoices and standard information needed to complete the sale.
• Maintain tools, systems and databases related to shipments and inventory management.
• Handle complex issues with minimal supervision and escalate when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
