Job summary

Cargill is seeking an Associate, Customer Care to support a single-site customer service team in Wichita, KS and nearby locations. You will help optimize shipping and returns, process complex customer orders, and resolve delivery issues.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and offers hybrid work with two days at home and three in the office. Relocation is not provided, and the posting notes 1st shift with standard benefits.

• Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, escalating complex issues as needed.
