Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to assist with daily store operations, from merchandising to customer support. Cross‑training will enable you to support the cash register and front‑end duties as needed, while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment and professional interactions.

Your responsibilities include receiving merchandise, stocking, keeping the store clean, handling transactions, and protecting cash and assets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Basic math for cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight safely.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of store, bathrooms, floors, and overall presentation.
• Provide friendly customer interactions and support to leaders.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Protect cash and company assets; uphold security.
• Other duties as assigned.
