Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to assist with daily store operations, merchandise, and customer support at the front line. You will help maintain a clean, welcoming environment and be cross-trained to support cash register duties as needed.

The role emphasizes friendly customer interactions, accuracy in cash handling, and maintaining store safety and integrity. Part-time status with weekend flexibility is typical.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must lift 30–50 lbs and handle frequent walking, standing, bending, and pushing.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• High level of integrity.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting.

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely.
• Merchandise and stock as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness including restrooms and floors.
• Foster a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Manage sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
