Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations and create an inviting shopping experience. You will assist with merchandising, stocking, and front‑end duties, while delivering friendly customer service and maintaining a safe environment.

The role requires the ability to lift 30–50 lbs, follow procedures, and work across tasks on the sales floor and at the register.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight safely.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Maintain clean, inviting store areas including bathrooms and floors.
• Provide friendly interactions with customers and coworkers.
• Handle sales transactions and operate the cash register.
• Protect cash and company assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
