Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC in Greenwood, IN is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations, including merchandising, front-end duties, and cash register responsibilities. You will maintain a clean, welcoming environment and provide friendly, professional service to customers and colleagues.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, prior retail or service experience is preferred, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and handle frequent walking, standing, and bending.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight safely.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including restrooms and floors.
• Provide friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register and safeguard cash.
