Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate II in Indianapolis to support daily store operations, assist customers, and switch to front-end duties as needed. The role emphasizes a clean, welcoming environment and cross-training for cash register duties.

The candidate should have food/service/retail customer service experience preferred and be able to lift 30–50 lbs, stand and walk for long periods, and follow operational instructions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, and repetitive lifting.

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely.
• Merchandise and stock as needed.
• Maintain clean, neat store areas including restrooms.
• Provide positive, safe interactions with customers and team members.
• Manage sales transactions and operate assigned cash register.
• Protect cash and company assets.
