Qualifications

• Data entry skills and accuracy in typing and records.
• Experience with Oracle or MOM software preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and attention to detail.
• Able to interact professionally with the public and handle pressure.
• Solid product knowledge for Ruger firearms/database familiarity.
• Comfortable working in a large group with flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Respond to detailed telephone inquiries.
• Maintain a positive professional attitude on calls.
• Maintain customer confidentiality.
• Identify firearms that should be returned to the factory for service.
• Provide guidance to customers over the phone using technical knowledge.
• Process payments for service/parts orders.
• Generate shipping labels and process emails.
• Follow state and federal firearms regulations (ATF).
• Support quarterly parts inventories.
• Strive to resolve issues on first contact and advocate for customers.
