Job summary

Ruger Firearms is seeking associates for on-site roles with variable shifts. Starting wage is based on experience and shift, and quarterly profit sharing is offered. Additional shift differential pay applies to off shifts.

Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and pass background and drug screening. Forklift and related equipment experience is preferred or willingness to certify.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent listening and communication skills; can convey details accurately.
• Able to multitask and adapt to a flexible schedule to meet goals.
• Experience with forklift, pallet jack, aerial lift, or willingness to become certified.
• Attention to detail with data entry; comfortable with computer software.
