Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find the right home improvement products, and ensure a positive shopping experience. You will engage with customers, answer questions, and assist with merchandise handling and checkout processes.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer experience, including input/output of information.
• 6 months of retail technology experience (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and arithmetic skills required.
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional assistance.
• Help customers locate and select merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish merchandise as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Train in other store areas to support service delivery.
• Assist with department setup and customer checkout guidance.
