Lowe’s is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, assist with finding products, and ensure a smooth shopping experience across departments. You will engage customers, answer questions, and help with merchandise handling in a fast-paced home improvement environment.

The role offers part-time scheduling with opportunities to grow and access Lowe’s benefits. Prior retail experience is a plus, with emphasis on teamwork and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 6 months computer experience.
• 6 months experience with common retail technology.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand/sit for long periods.
• Lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with help.

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and deliver friendly service.
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (paint tinting, pipe cutting, etc.).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
