Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to warmly greet customers and help them find the right home improvement products and services. You will listen to customer needs, answer questions, and ensure a positive shopping experience across departments.

The role supports part-time schedules, with opportunities to grow and develop. You may interact with customers throughout the day, assisting with product selection and checkout, while maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills with 6 months of experience.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Able to read, write and perform basic arithmetic.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Able to lift 25 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock merchandise by checking shelves and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise on time.
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to support customer service.
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe, cut and bundle wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
