Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find products, and process orders with a focus on friendly, knowledgeable service.

You may work in various departments and participate in training to expand skills, with opportunities for discounts and benefits. The role emphasizes customer satisfaction and teamwork in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer experience (inputting, accessing, modifying data)
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic skills
• Ability to stand/sit for extended periods and perform duties as required
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with/without accommodation

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so items arrive on time
• Cross-train in other areas to improve customer service
• Prepare merchandise in department per customer needs (e.g., paint, plumbing, wood)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
