Lowe's is hiring a part-time Customer Service Associate in our store. You will greet customers, help them find products, answer questions, and ensure excellent service throughout their shopping experience.

Your role may span multiple departments based on store needs and skills, with opportunities to learn and grow in a dynamic retail environment. You’ll work in a fast-paced setting, supporting customers from greeting at the door to checkout while maintaining store appearance and inventory.

Formación

• 6 months experience using a computer or equivalent.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones/tablets.
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform duties.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support service excellence.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
