Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, help them find products, answer questions, and guide them through checkout in a friendly, professional manner.

You may work in Appliances, Hardware, Home Décor, or Pro Services, with opportunities to learn, rotate departments, and participate in training. Part-time position with benefits such as health insurance, tuition assistance, 401(k), and associate discount.

Competenze

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or over 25 lbs with accommodation.

Mansioni

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time receipt of merchandise.
• Cross-train in other areas to improve customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise to meet customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
