Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate who greets customers, helps them find products, and provides friendly, informed assistance to solve home improvement needs. You may work across departments such as Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, and more, with daily responsibilities adapting to department needs.

In this role you’ll listen to customers, answer questions, organize merchandise, and ensure orders and deliveries are accurate and timely.

Competenze

• 6 months experience using a computer or similar device.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smart phones, tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic skills required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform duties.
• Minimum lift of 25 lbs unassisted; up to 75 lbs with assistance as needed.

Mansioni

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock merchandise by identifying empty areas and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure timely receipt.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service excellence.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint tinting, pipe cutting).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
