Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones, tablets)
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic
• Ability to stand/sit for long periods
• Able to lift 25 lbs unassisted or with accommodation if needed
• Bi-lingual skills preferred
• Trade-related certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service quality.
• Prepare merchandise in department (paint tint/mix, pipe work, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
