Job summary

Lowe's is recruiting a part-time Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them locate products, and provide friendly, knowledgeable service. You may work across departments such as Appliances, Hardware, or Tools, with opportunities to learn and grow while handling duties at checkout and assisting with merchandise preparation.

You will join a team that values customer care, safety, and efficient service, with programs supporting education, discounts, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience using a computer.
• Minimum 6 months experience with common retail technology.
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic proficiency.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly and professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock merchandise by replenishing shelves as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to meet expectations.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (paint tint, pipe, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
