Lowe's is hiring a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find the right products, and provide ongoing support in-store. You will assist with locating merchandise, answering questions, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience across departments such as Appliances, Hardware, and Home Décor.

You may also help load merchandise, stock shelves, and process orders. The role emphasizes friendly, efficient service and can involve varying duties by department to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• Experience with common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies in a timely manner.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time pickup/arrival.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support service quality.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (paint, pipes, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
