Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help locate products, and deliver friendly, professional service. You may work in Appliances, Flooring, Hardware, or other departments, with daily tasks varying by store needs.

You will engage customers, answer questions, load merchandise when needed, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the shopping experience. The role supports growth and teamwork across the store.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic
• Ability to stand/sit for long periods and lift 25 lbs
• Bi-lingual skills preferred and certification in department is a bonus

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly service
• Assist with locating and handling merchandise
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
