Job summary

Lowe's in South Bend, IN is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find the right products for their home improvement projects. You will interact with customers, answer questions, organize merchandise, and support day-to-day store operations.

Qualifications

6 months of computer use, inputting and retrieving information.
6 months using common retail tech like smartphones or tablets.
Ability to perform basic arithmetic and reading/writing.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
Cross-train in other store areas to help service levels.
Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint tinting, pipe cutting, wood prep).
Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
Perform other duties as assigned.
