Qualifications

• 6 months of computer experience (inputting, accessing, or outputting data).
• 6 months of experience with common retail technology (phones/tablets).
• Ability to perform duties with standing, sitting, and other activities.
• Able to minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to meet expectations.
• Cross-train in other areas to help deliver excellent customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., paint, pipe, wood, drywall).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
