Lowe's in Lafayette, IN seeks a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them pick the right home improvement products across departments. You will assist with locating items, answering questions, and ensuring a friendly, efficient shopping experience.

You’ll spend time listening to customers, organizing merchandise, and supporting checkout processes while frequently repositioning stock and aiding other store areas as needed.

Qualificações

• Six months of computer use experience.
• Six months of experience with common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform duties.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds with/without accommodations.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves by identifying empty areas and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to meet customer expectations.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support guest service.
