Lowe's is hiring a Customer Service Associate in Benton Harbor, MI. You will greet customers, help them find products, and provide friendly, knowledgeable service throughout their shopping experience.

Competenze

• 6 months experience using a computer for basic tasks
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic
• Able to stand, sit, and perform duties for extended periods; lift 25 lbs unassisted or with accommodation if needed

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure on-time fulfillment
