Key duties include welcoming customers, restocking merchandise, and supporting various departments. The position supports growth, involves some lifting, and offers a flexible schedule including part-time shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience using a computer
• Minimum 6 months experience with common retail technology
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Restock and organize shelves to keep products available
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure on-time receipt
• Cross-train in other store areas to enhance customer service
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (paint, plumbing, wood, blinds)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
