Job summary

Lowe's seeks a Customer Service Associate to warmly welcome customers and help them find the right home improvement solutions across departments. You will engage with shoppers, answer questions, and support checkout and service needs.

In this part-time position, you may assist in Appliances, Hardware, Tools, Live Nursery and more while helping with stocking, merchandising, and basic store operations. Training and benefit options are available where eligible.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information)
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic (addition/subtraction)
• Able to perform duties with prolonged standing/sitting and other tasks
• Lift 25 lbs unassisted or with accommodation

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and provide friendly service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time receipt
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service
• Prepare merchandise in department (e.g., paint, pipes, wood, drywall, blinds)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
