California Check Cashing in Santa Rosa, CA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to help our community access essential financial solutions. You will process transactions, build relationships with customers, and deliver a friendly in-store experience.

This entry-level role includes hands-on training, development opportunities across our brand family, and a path toward advancement in a growing payments and financial services company.

Qualificações

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Proficient with phones, POS system, Microsoft Office and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama).
• Background checks required and conducted in accordance with law.
• Physical ability to stand up to 90% of the time and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Enter and maintain customer information in the POS system.
• Assist in account management and collections by accepting payments.
• Participate in on-site store errands and community events.
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness.
• Follow opening and closing procedures and cash controls.
• Stay compliant with policies and laws.
• Work a full-time in-person schedule, including weekends.
