The role involves in-store service with a fixed 40-hour full-time schedule, including weekends, and comprehensive benefits through a multi-brand organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
• Proficiency in using phones, POS system, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Offer personalized financial services to fit customers' lifestyles.
• Enter and maintain customer information in a POS system.
• Build new business by completing daily call campaigns.
• Assist in customer account management and collections by accepting payments.
• Perform duties outside of the office, including on-site errands and events.
• Maintain store appearance and meet cleanliness standards.
• Follow opening and closing procedures, including vault and cash drawer as needed.
• Uphold compliance with company policies and laws.
• Engage in ongoing training and stay current on product changes.
• Work full-time in-person schedule, including weekends (40 hours/week).
• Perform additional tasks as directed by leadership.
