Job summary

Rebel Convenience Stores in Santa Rosa, CA is hiring friendly Customer Service Associates to greet customers, ring up sales, and keep the store clean and stocked. You’ll be the face of the shop and help with pumps, car wash, and grab-and-go snacks.

This role offers flexible schedules, paid on-the-job training, opportunities for advancement, and a positive team environment. Candidates must be 18+ with good communication and basic math skills, authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service.
• Ring up sales using our POS system, including lottery and prepaid cards.
• Upsell promotions and help customers find what they need.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Operate and maintain food and beverage machines (coffee, beverages, hot food).
• Restock and rotate merchandise using FIFO method.
• Follow safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Assist customers with pumps, car wash, or air hose as needed.
• Handle cash, credit cards, and deposits accurately.
• Follow age-restricted sale laws (alcohol, tobacco, lottery).
• Complete required training and shift duties.
