Job summary

Laundry Capital in Lowell, MA is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to help run a busy neighborhood laundromat. You will assist customers with card use, explain machines, and handle retail purchases, all while maintaining a clean, friendly store.

You’ll report to the Store Manager, work in person, and enjoy a flexible schedule with opportunities for growth and occasional overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly customer service in a retail or service setting.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and coworkers.
• Comfort with cash handling and basic point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with laundry card use, machine selection, and wash-and-fold orders.
• Operate the register or point-of-sale system accurately.
• Keep retail items neatly stocked and notify management of low supplies.
• Report maintenance or safety issues using log books and with supervisors as needed.
• Follow all company policies, safety practices, and attendance standards.
