Laundry Capital's Clean Rite laundromat in Manchester, NH is hiring a Customer Service Associate. You will be the face of the store, assist customers with laundry cards, machine operation, and retail purchases, and help maintain a clean, safe and friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Stand for up to 8+ hours per shift.
• Lift 35 pounds.
• Communicate with customers and associates professionally.
• Previous experience in customer service or retail preferred.
• Open/flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with use of laundry cards, machine selection and operation, and retail purchases.
• Handle wash and fold orders and customer questions or concerns.
• Accurately operate the cash register / POS system.
• Ensure retail items are neatly stocked and communicate inventory needs to management.
• Report maintenance issues and safety concerns to supervisor.
