Ideal candidates have customer service or retail experience, strong communication, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 pounds. Evening shifts and overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with laundry card use, machine selection and operation, and wash-and-fold orders.
• Operate the register or point‑of‑sale system accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of products and encourage additional purchases.
• Keep retail items stocked and report inventory issues to management.
• Follow safety practices and store policies; respond to emergencies.
