Job summary

Laundry Capital Co. LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to support daily store operations, ensuring a clean, safe and friendly environment for customers.

You will assist customers with laundry cards, machine selection, purchases and wash/fold requests; operate the cash register; and suggest additional items to boost sales.

The role requires standing 8+ hours, ability to lift 35 pounds, and a flexible schedule; prior customer service or retail experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, safe store environment and follow safety practices.
• Handle emergencies and maintain service during shifts.
• Keep log books for equipment and incidents.
• Follow attendance and uniform policies.
