Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for resolving customers’ concerns in homes and businesses. The role emphasizes courteous, knowledgeable, and empathetic communication to ensure prompt and professional handling of issues.

Responsibilities include scheduling services, gathering information, and generating sales appointments while working with Service and Sales teams to promote service upgrades.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Pleasant phone voice and clear speech over the phone
• Multitasking to enter accurate data while speaking with customers
• Remain calm and able to work under pressure and help teammates
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Excellent organization and time management
• Available to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed

Responsibilities

• Maintain good customer relations on the phone and in person
• Gather information from customers to identify and solve problems
• Confirm, schedule, and reschedule services for the customer
• Set sales appointments for new customers
• Complete general clerical duties as assigned
• Sell the value of our services and suggest upgrades to service
