Rentokil is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact, delivering courteous, knowledgeable support and empathetic communication to help customers feel confident in our services.

Responsibilities include handling calls, gathering information, scheduling, answering billing questions, and supporting Sales and Service teams. The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and delivering a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Pleasant phone voice and clear speech.
• Strong multitasking and data-entry skills.
• Calm under pressure and supportive to teammates.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Excellent organization and time-management skills.
• Availability to work Monday–Friday and Saturdays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain good customer relations on the phone and in person.
• Gather information from customers to identify and solve problems.
• Confirm, schedule, and reschedule services.
• Set sales appointments for new customers.
• Answer billing questions.
• Complete general clerical duties as assigned.
• Work as a team with Service and Sales.
• Sell the value of our services and suggest upgrades as appropriate.
• Smile while talking on the phone.
