Rentokil North America is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to join our fast-paced contact center. You will help customers with questions about pricing, billing and scheduling, and strive to resolve issues on first contact.

You will document calls, process service orders, and maintain knowledge of Terminix products and promotions, while delivering outstanding service in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior customer service or call center experience is highly desired, but not required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office; typing speed 25+ WPM.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve customer questions or concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle inbound calls related to pricing, billing, scheduling.
• Document call history and customer information accurately.
• Process orders for new services and coordinate with other teams.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Terminix products and services.
