Job summary

TransPerfect is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Tempe, AZ. You will handle inbound calls for a Third Party Claims Administrator, delivering high-quality customer service and accurate information to clients.

You will document interactions, follow policies, and escalate when needed. Ideal candidates will have strong communication and literacy skills, plus 1 year in customer service or call center settings, and proficiency with desktop applications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred, 18 years or older.
• 1 year of Customer Service experience, or Call Center experience, and desktop applications experience.
• Effective communication and literacy skills.
• Ability to read scripted responses naturally, with confidence and accuracy.
• Excellent computer skills with quick and accurate typing, ability to open several applications at one time.

Responsibilities

• Process in-bound calls for a Third Party Claims Administrator.
• Provide great customer service, address customers’ needs, and provide accurate information.
• Document calls and follow procedures dictated by policy.
• Escalate calls as needed and work with team to resolve issues.
• Maintain professional conduct, adhere to call center rules, and participate in training.
