Job summary

TransPerfect in Tempe is seeking an Employee Engagement Champion to plan and execute activities, events, recognition, and incentives that boost morale in a call center.

You will partner with the Site Leader, manage internal communications, create social content, and coordinate annual celebrations, health fairs, and community involvement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication in writing and speaking.
• Customer service experience in a call center environment.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities.

• Experience with MS Office and social media tools.

Responsibilities

• Create, execute, and enhance employee incentive and recognition programs.
• Collaborate with Site Leader to roll out initiatives site-wide.
• Brainstorm ideas to improve engagement and morale on-site.
• Meet monthly with Senior Leadership to discuss initiatives.
• Coordinate events, fundraising, and social media content.
• Develop social media content supporting engagement and campaigns.
• Organize annual events (picnics, holidays, celebrations).
• Partner with HR on recognition programs and DOB/birthday celebrations.
• Plan monthly and quarterly luncheons and top performer events.
• Photograph events and post photos for employee access.
• Increase brand awareness via community involvement events.
