Job summary

RB Global is seeking Yard Staff to join our team. You will be the frontline in our yard operations, handling vehicle check-in, detailing, and safe operation of vehicles during auctions. The role emphasizes safety, quick, accurate work, and comfort with outdoor environments.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented with an upbeat attitude, able to work as part of a collaborative team, and possess a valid driver's license. Training will include forklift and loader operation to support yard activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must read and understand physical demands of the role.
• Positive, upbeat demeanor and teamwork are essential.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle as required.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle check-in by recording and filing information for assigned vehicles.
• Detail and thoroughly clean vehicles to enhance auction appearance and value.
• Safely operate passenger vehicles within facility and participate in drive-through auctions.
• Recover keys, license plates, and other items and store securely at the branch.
• Assist visitors with guidance and direct to appropriate personnel.
• Train/on-the-job development in forklift and loader operation.
