SafeSplash Cedar Park is seeking a Front Desk Lead to greet visitors, manage accounts, process payments and schedule classes.

You’ll assist with retail, donate to non-profits, help manage social media, and coordinate events, all while delivering a warm, professional experience for families in our swim program.

Formación

• Happy and professional disposition; hospitable and caring.
• Exceptional customer service focus: deliver quality experience, can handle pressure of customer escalations.
• Experience using spreadsheets and word processing software such as Microsoft Suite.
• Dependable and flexible schedule: will be required to work some evenings and weekends.
• Preferred qualifications: Swim Lesson/competitive swimming knowledge; customer service experience; childcare/education experience; leadership or training; CPR & First Aid certified or willing to certify within 60 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Greet clients and visitors, directing them appropriately.
• Maintain client accounts: record information, process payments, schedule classes and appointments.
• Assist with retail merchandise and knowledge of products; manage retail sales.
• Prepare and track donations to non-profit organizations.
• Co-manage social media by sharing swimmer milestones and events.
• Schedule, promote and participate in special events; keep client communications updated and posted.

What will you do as a Front Desk Lead?

• Assist clients and visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
• Maintains client accounts by recording accurate and up-to-date information, take client payment when necessary; scheduling classes and appointments
• Assists clients with retail merchandise; is knowledgeable of all retail products and information; manages retail sales
• Prepares and tracks donations to non-profit organizations
• Co-manages social media account by sharing swimmer milestone and upcoming events.
• Schedules, promotes and participates in special events, and keeps all client communications updated, and visibly posted in public areas of lobby.

What are we looking for in a Front Desk Associate?

• Dependable and flexible schedule: will be required to work some evenings and weekends
• Preferred qualifications:
  • Swim Lesson and/or competitive swimming experience: knowledge of the four basic strokes, teaching curriculum, and stroke progression
  • Customer Service experience
  • Experience working in childcare or education
  • Experience in leadership or training a plus
  • CPR & First Aid Certified or willing to certify within 60 days of hire

Expected Hours: Up to 36 Hours
Pay: $17/hr+ depending on experience and qualifications
