SafeSplash SwimLabs is seeking an Assistant Manager to work with the location owner on policies within the franchise structure. You will recruit, hire, orient, schedule, and train staff while upholding high customer service standards.

Responsibilities include managing payroll, benefits, and employee policies, plus overseeing retail, inventory, ordering, and sales. Some evenings/weekends may be required to support operations.

Competenze

• 2 years of management experience in customer service.
• Experience with Mindbody scheduling software preferred.
• Willing to work some evenings and weekends.
• Certifications: Red Cross Lifeguard or equivalent; CPR/First Aid for Adult & Child is a plus; Lifeguard and Lifeguard Instructor certified.

What will you do as an Assistant Manager?

What are we looking for in an Assistant Manager?

• 2 years of management experience in customer service
• Extensive experience with computer scheduling software
• A Team-driven leader: cares about staff and leads with the intent to build up the whole team
• Flexible schedule: will be required to work some evenings and weekends
• Preferred Skills:
  • Swim Lesson and/or competitive swimming experience: knowledge of the four basic strokes, teaching curriculum, and stroke progression
  • Experience with Mindbody scheduling software
• Certifications:
  • Current Red Cross Lifeguard or equivalent
  • WSI - Water Safety Instructor certification, a big plus
  • CPR-PR/AED, First Aid for Adult, Child certification
  • Lifeguard and Lifeguard Instructor certified
