Job summary

Green Bay Converting, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Analyst to bring structure to our day-to-day CS operations and reporting. You will own order entry workflows, track KPIs, and build dashboards to help leadership see real-time performance.

This role offers growth into broad Operations/BI as our reporting infra matures. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable with spreadsheets, and eager to learn new AI-enabled tools as they come into the role.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills including formulas and pivot tables.
• High attention to detail and comfort with numbers day-to-day.
• Clear communicator able to translate data for non-spreadsheet audiences.
• Curiosity with a bias toward figuring things out, not just flagging issues.
• Genuine interest in AI and new technology, eager to learn and use new tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day customer service activities, including order entry and order management.
• Serve as a point of contact for customer questions, order status, and issue resolution.
• Track and report on customer service KPIs (order accuracy, response times, OTIF, etc.).
• Build and maintain reporting tools and dashboards used across CS and leadership.
• Partner with CS, Planning, and Operations to identify trends and flag issues early.
• Support process improvement initiatives with clean, reliable data.
