Old World Industries, LLC is seeking a data-driven Operations Analyst to provide comprehensive analysis, data extraction, master data entry, and reporting support for the Customer Operations team. You will develop and validate reports to monitor KPIs, identify trends, and drive process improvements across order-to-cash, EDI, supply chain, and logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in customer operations, order management, or analytics with reporting experience.
• Strong Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and ERP data handling.
• Experience validating large datasets and master data management.
• Knowledge of order-to-cash, EDI, and logistics is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Perform data extraction, preparation, and analysis to monitor performance.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for KPIs and trends.
• Validate deductions, investigate root causes, and support corrective actions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify inefficiencies and drive improvements.
• Create SOPs, document processes, and ensure data accuracy across systems.
• Support master data entry and ongoing data quality checks.
