Green Bay Converting, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Analyst to support day-to-day customer service operations, bring structure to tracking and reporting on performance, and help build a smarter, scalable operations/BI function as we grow.

The role emphasizes detail orientation, comfort with spreadsheets, and a willingness to learn new tools in AI-enabled analytics to drive improvements across the CS team and leadership.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day customer service activities, including order entry and order management.
• Serve as a point of contact for customer questions, order status, and issue resolution.
• Track and report on customer service KPIs (order accuracy, response times, OTIF, etc.).
• Build and maintain reporting tools and dashboards used across CS team and leadership.
• Partner with Customer Service, Planning, and Operations to identify trends and flag issues early.
• Suggest improvements to CS processes using clean data.
• Support process improvement initiatives with reliable data.
