Ruby is hiring a Full-Time Customer Service Agent to act as a Virtual Receptionist, handling calls and chats, scheduling, and more from our Chesapeake, VA or Virginia Beach, VA offices. The role requires weekend and holiday availability given our 24/7 operation.

Training and a friendly, professional environment are provided. You will multitask across two monitors, maintain high accuracy in written communications, and uphold quality standards while ensuring consistent attendance.

Qualifications

• Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM and comfort navigating multiple software platforms.
• A warm, professional demeanor with the ability to remain composed and empathetic, even during challenging interactions.
• A proven track record of self-motivation and reliable attendance.
• Experience in a high-volume call center, customer service, or administrative role is a plus.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and web chats as a friendly extension of our customers' business.
