Responsibilities

• Provides friendly service to Customers at the ticket counter, gate area, and baggage service offices.
• Assist Customers with check-in, questions, and travel arrangements.
• Handle ticketing, check-in, and related transactions using the POS system.
• Resolve customer issues and disruptions with a calm, helpful attitude.
• Maintain a neat appearance and follow company policies during shifts.
