Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient customer service at the ticket counter, bags carrier office, and gate location.
• Handle ticketing and check-in using automated point-of-sale devices, boarding, baggage carrier, and reservations systems.
• Process cash, tickets, credit-card payments, vouchers, and coupons; compute charges and perform daily transaction reconciliation.
• Assist with luggage, cargo, and resolve passenger issues related to oversell, flight delays or cancellations, lost or delayed baggage.
• Deliver accurate flight information, fares, itineraries, and handle special requests.
• Complete required paperwork, reports, and incident/complaint documentation.
• Maintain a professional appearance and work safely in a confined space.
• Support team collaboration and follow company policies and guidelines.
