Tower Loan is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Ruston, LA. This on-site, full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, processing payments, and promoting financial solutions to customers and prospects.

Responsibilities include handling cash, processing loan applications, and supporting branch operations. A high school diploma is required, with preferred experience in cash handling, sales, or customer service.

• Experience in cash handling, sales, or customer service preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills desired.

Responsabilités

• Cultivate strong customer relationships by offering excellent service and promoting relevant financial solutions.
• Receive and process payments in customer accounts.
• Market to current, former, and potential customers to drive loan production.
• Maintain and secure cash drawers and accounting activities, including balancing and preparing deposits.
• Execute office administrative activities, including checking branch mail, filing, purchasing office supplies, etc.
