HomeTeam Pest Defense is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Austin, TX. The role focuses on delivering positive customer experiences, answering questions, scheduling services, and handling billing inquiries.

You will interact with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and accurate records. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of customer service experience, solid communication skills, and basic computer proficiency.

Qualifications

• 1 year of previous customer service experience.
• Basic / entry level understanding of computers.
• Entry level skill on use of company telephone features and how to use them.
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive customer experiences that affect likelihood to continue service.
• Communicate with internal and external customers of HomeTeam Pest Defense.
• Answer questions and provide pricing (non-termite) to customers.
• Schedule services and manage service tickets with Route Point software.
• Reconcile payments and assist with billing questions.
• Enter and update service-related notes in the system.
